Higher pay for our industrial trainees!
We are increasing the remuneration of our industrial trainees (m/f/d)!
Attractive working conditions are the key to a successful future - this also applies to our trainees. Industrial trainees in the construction industry are often physically demanding, working in wind and weather and sometimes under difficult conditions. This is why we are increasing the pay for our industrial trainees by up to €300 per month, thereby sending a strong signal in favour of promoting young talent in the construction industry.
